Mandated Alternative Program

Building a Better Future. Cultivating a Stronger Society

In partnership with local services and the youth criminal justice system, El Shama offers a holistic alternative to incarceration, focused on rehabilitation, not punishment.

Our customized program equips youth with vital life skills to support personal growth and successful reintegration. Key areas include:

  • Conflict resolution

  • Communication & decision-making

  • Emotional regulation & anger management

  • Goal setting & problem-solving

  • Empathy, resilience, & time management

This program provides vulnerable youth with a true second chance, shaping confident, capable individuals for a better tomorrow.
